Associate Director of Institutional Partnerships
Lindsay Cope is our Associate Director of Institutional Partnerships. Born and raised in the Bay Area, she has extensive experience working on poverty alleviation programs in East Africa and Southeast Asia. Lindsay holds an MPH from Johns Hopkins and a BA from Boston College. She previously served as Nuru International’s Healthcare Senior Program Manger, worked with micro-entrepreneurs in Indonesia, and launched her own lifestyle collective focused on creating access to markets for artisans in low-resource settings. Her passion for improving lives and combating extreme poverty is deeply rooted in the sum of her professional and personal endeavors, and she is eager to use her field experience and design orientation to ensure a strong connection between Village Enterprise’s in country operations and stateside institutions. Lindsay loves finding beauty and inspiration in unexpected places. With travel still a big part of her life, she is thrilled to call San Francisco home again. When not at work, you can find her scouring local markets, taking photos, or planning her next adventure.
