Work for a year in East Africa developing innovative microenterprise development programs

The Village Enterprise Fellow Program is a competitive and unique Fellowship program that offers young professionals an opportunity
to gain experience in rural Africa in the fields of microenterprise development, poverty reduction and social enterprise. The year-long,
intensive Fellow Program is designed to provide all Fellows with on the ground experience in project management, new project design
and pilot implementation and core operations, all of which are important for future careers, especially in international development
and microfinance.
