Arwa Jivanjee
Director of Development Operations
Arwa Jivanjee is passionate about building strong systems and processes that empower fundraising teams to maximize their impact. She brings nearly a decade of experience in development operations, CRM strategy, and data governance to her role at Village Enterprise.
Prior to joining Village Enterprise, Arwa spent five years at Partners In Health, where she oversaw Salesforce and HubSpot implementations, data management, and systems optimization to support global health fundraising. She also held development operations roles at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions and Boston Medical Center.
Arwa holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College with a concentration in entrepreneurship and global business management. Based in Boston, she is excited to bring her expertise in fundraising systems to advance Village Enterprise’s mission.
