Senior Director of Institutional Partnerships

Rebecca Skipp is a development professional with 15 years of experience in international development. Before joining Village Enterprise, Rebecca led business development efforts for Land O’Lakes Venture37, Frontier Co-op, and RTI International, working across agriculture, livelihoods, and market systems programs. She is passionate about building trusted partnerships with philanthropic foundations, bilateral donors, and government counterparts to turn proven ideas into real opportunities for entrepreneurs and communities at scale. Rebecca earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
