Zach Hoins
Chief Operating Officer
Zach Hoins is an international development manager with 12 years of experience leading and guiding teams. For the last three years, he has worked with Engility/IRG leading business development efforts across sub-Saharan Africa. Previously, Zach co-founded “The Recreation Project” in Gulu, Uganda, where he lived from 2010-2013. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and an MPS in Community and Economic Development from Pennsylvania State University.
Over the course of his career, Zach has been intently focused on partnership development and revenue growth. He is passionate about seeing the East African community become inspired and empowered to both identify and take advantage of opportunities that will improve their livelihoods.
